Jinah Jeong

Jinah JEONG is an MFA candidate in Documentary at the Department of Broadcasting & Visual Arts, Korea National University of Arts (K-ARTS). Her work turns to places and people left out of official records, using documentary as a way to subvert the relationship between center and periphery. She focuses in particular on experiments that connect and expand unchronicled histories into the contemporary through a synesthetic approach._JAP_鄭眞芽(チョン・ジナ)は韓国芸術総合学校映像院放送映像科ドキュメンタリー専攻の専門士(MFA)課程に在学中。記録に残されてこなかった場所と人々をドキュメンタリーで捉え、中心と周縁を転覆させる試みを重ねている。特に、年代記を持たない歴史を共感覚的に同時代と接続し、拡張する実験に取り組んでいる。
