“Jyugatsu (October)”

This short documentary was born from Megumi Fujita’s experience spending several days in Akizuki. It focuses on the rich natural surroundings of Akizuki, especially the unique beauty created by water. The expressions of water—emerging through its flow, light, and sound—overlap with the memories and daily lives of the local people, presenting the landscape of Akizuki from a fresh perspective.

本作は、藤田恵実が秋月で過ごした数日間の体験から生まれた短編ドキュメンタリーである。秋月を包む豊かな自然、とりわけ水が生み出す独特の美しさに焦点をあてている。流れ、光、音とともに立ち現れる水の表情が、この地の記憶や暮らしと重なり合い、秋月の風景を新たな視点で映し出している。
